Jordan Litt is an Independent Filmmaker with 20 years experience in film, television, and advertising.  He is a Writer, Director, Producer, Actor, Assistant and Second Assistant Director, and Production Sound Operator, Cinematographer, and Editor. He has assisted Directors, Producers, and Executives and has worked in various other capacities around the industry. 

Experience shooting on many camera systems, including 16mm film. Owns a Canon 5d - Mark II, a Zoom F8 audio mixer/recorder, several Sony LAVALIERE Microphones, and a Sennheiser shotgun/Boom Microphone, as well as a wide array of other sound and video equipment.  Every production is different, so please contact directly to discuss specific collaborations or if interested in a quote on a project.

Jordan graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2007, with a B.A., double majoring in Film and Philosophy, and from The University of Southern California in 2019, with an M.F.A. in Film and Television Production.  

He has written five feature screenplays including an autobiographical script about the year he traveled the world entitled “The Water We’re Swimming IN” and a feature version of his USC thesis film “The Academy.”

Jordan resides in Santa Monica, California and is currently working on a poker script entitled “The River.”
